Telehealth

As part of our commitment to optimising services for our patients, we do offer telehealth consultations.

What happens in a telehealth consultation is similar to a telephone call. They provide an avenue of consultation with your doctor which may be more convenient to you.

If you have had tests done, are needing renewal of an existing referral to your specialist or if you need a repeat prescripti on (excluding restricted medications), you may be eligible to book in a telehealth consultation. Your suitability for this will be addressed at your doctor’s discretion.

It is possible your doctor may request you to come in for an in-person review after your telehealth consultation.

Telehealth consultations attract an out-of-pocket fee mirroring the usual clinic policy. This information is subject to change depending on Medicare legislation and is correct at the time of printing
